Terms of Service

By requesting a commission of artwork from me, you hereby agree and will adhere to my terms of service listed below.

Non-Commercial

  • 1. Seller/Artist/Copyright Protection

I, Juliana Stolkovich, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

    • Record the drawing process and am allowed to post it anywhere I want to.

    • Promote myself with your commissioned art (I will not claim the character as mine).

    • Display the finished art piece anywhere I want.

    • All art may or will include a subtle sign that you are not allowed to remove from the art piece; if you are found out about it I am viable to take down the image.

  • 2. Buyer Protection

You are allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.).

You may print the artwork (for yourself) and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

You may use the artwork to promote yourself without any forms of monetary profit.

You may use the artwork in monetized places as long as the artwork itself is not the subject of the earnings.

  • 3. Revisions

You are allowed three (3) changes to the base commissioned piece that is included in the price, and any additional changes in that will have an extra fee - unless there is a misunderstanding from my side as the artist.

If you want something changed in the commission that you have previously approved, there will be a fee charged in association of the change. This has more power over the first statement under the "Revisions" section of the non-commercial terms of service.

If your references are unclear, or not enough information is given, and I have to infer some parts on a commission, any changes will then also have a fee. This has more power over the first statement under the "Revisions" section of the non-commercial terms of service.

These fees are charged at an extra percentage that is based off an hourly wage that is used to change the specified part(s) in the commission.

  • 4. Copyright/Usage Policy

The following is considered copyright infringement:

    • Reproducing/Using the copyrighted artwork commercially - this means making money off of it in any way.

    • Claiming the artwork as your own.

    • Removing my signature from the artwork.

    • Altering the artwork with malicious intent (you may also ask me about making changes if you want to make changes to the artwork).

I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).

  • 5. Customer Satisfaction

I want to do everything in my power to make you, the customer, happy! If you ever have problems with anything in the commissioned piece, please tell me right away so we can find a solution together. I am willing to change previously defined restrictions and terms (typically with their respective fees) before I start on the commission. If you also do not want me to post my art anywhere, or want to change the art to a commercial license, contact me and we can change that (these may come with their respective fees).

Commercial

  • 1. Seller/Artist/Copyright Protection

I, Juliana Stolkovich, relinquish the rights to the buyer who pays for the commercial license. I still reserve the right to ask you about (that you have the ability to deny):

    • Making videos with the commission.

    • Displaying the art piece on my social media.

    • Using it to promote my ability in art but not to take ownership.

I will only include a small signature in the bottom of or within a small part of the image as an accreditation to me, but will not obstruct anything about the image itself. If for some reason this is not okay, please bring it up with me when giving me the information about your commission and we can discuss it.

  • 2. Buyer Protection

You are allowed to use the commissioned piece for commercial uses anywhere that the non-commercial would prohibit while also including the places non-commercial can be used.

You may print the artwork and claim the character(s) as your own, and the artwork itself, but you cannot claim you are its sole creator.

You may use the artwork to promote yourself with any forms of monetary profit and non-monetary profit.

You may use the artwork in monetized places and the artwork is allowed to be subject of earnings but it needs to be clear you are not the sole creator and it is required to accredit me as the artist.

  • 4. Copyright/Usage Policy

The following is considered copyright infringement:

    • Claiming you made the art work solely on your own.

    • Removing my signature from the artwork (As previously stated, if you need it removed please talk to me first).
